Returns a signed link to the full media: 120 seconds, or 1 hour for a video or voice note. The recipient of a view-once message or of a voice note can call it, and so can the sender of a voice note that is not view once. The recipient’s first call stamps opened_at and tells both participants. For a view-once message later calls work for 60 seconds, then answer 410 gone. Takes a session token.
